  3. Any interaction that is processed or administered by a Fiscal Sponsor may also be subject to that Fiscal Sponsor’s privacy policy, terms, and practices, and you acknowledge that those third-party terms may govern aspects of the transaction or relationship.

AAEF may disclose information:
